Creek Splashin’


There’s nothing better than a good ‘ol creek.  This is snowmelt so it’s nice and cold.  Please mom, let me in!  I’m a WATER DOG!!


Maybe you can find a creek to play in.  If it's safe and decently clean, maybe your grown up will let you put some old tennies or boots on and go play in the creek.  You can find stuff, and play with sticks and rocks.  Maybe you could even catch a frog or see a tiny fish or build a small dam.  Tell me about playing in the creek.

    Grammy, we went to the creek on Monday with Charlie. Dad found tons of fossils and we played karate. Charlie was kind of scared to go in the water but he liked the rocks. He tried it out just walking in a little bit. We saw two big golden retrievers and they were so big and they swimmed. They wanted to make friends with Charlie but they were too big for him so he tried to run away.
